You'll walk out with working Claude workflows built for your actual job, not theoretical exercises. Annie Liao, a former BCG AI consultant, runs this with two other AI engineers who've spent hundreds of hours teaching people like you. The three hours are hands-on and practical: you'll set up Claude properly from scratch, design repeatable workflows for your role (whether that's ops, sales, or marketing), and build internal tools or agents you can actually use Monday morning. The group stays small at 20 people, so you get real guidance as you build. You leave with ready-to-use templates and a system you can keep expanding.
