Women of Customer Success will host an in-person workshop in Sydney led by Catherine Ballantyne from GitLab, focusing on how Customer Success leaders can quantify their impact, strengthen executive credibility, and demonstrate value to their organizations. Participants will learn practical frameworks and real-world approaches to balancing customer advocacy with revenue accountability while protecting scope and building trust. All ticket sales will be donated to ReLove, a registered charity supporting women and children impacted by domestic violence, people experiencing homelessness, and those coming out of incarceration.
