You'll build 2-3 actual Claude workflows you'll use in your job, not just learn theory. Annie Liao (ex-BCG AI consultant) and the Build Club team walk you through proper prompt structure, then break into role-specific groups where you'll design workflows for your actual work, getting live feedback as you build. By the end you'll have working templates for research, analysis, planning, or operations tailored to sales, marketing, ops, product or strategy. The workshop moves quickly from Claude fundamentals through to building simple internal tools and assistants, so you leave with a reusable system your team can adopt.
