You'll show up while Sydney's still asleep and spend a couple of hours on a rooftop with founders actively building in AI and SaaS, operators scaling fast-growing startups, and visiting VCs from Blackbird, Airtree, Square Peg, Antler, Startmate, and the Y Combinator network. The format is deliberately unstructured, curated introductions rather than panels or pitches, so you're meeting people you should probably already know but haven't. It's designed as a quieter counterpoint to the main Sunrise event happening after, with the sunrise itself as a natural endpoint. Expect the kind of conversations that only happen when a room is full of builders who actually care about what they're talking about, without the noise.
