o1 bridge
Week-long challenge where you'll build something that connects AI to the physical world, with lab access and help if you've never touched hardware before.
You've got a week to turn an idea into something that actually works in the physical world. The catch is you won't know what to build until the kickoff on May 17, but expect to work with microcontrollers, sensors, Raspberry Pis, and whatever sits in that productive space between software and hardware. O1lab has stocked the lab with components and will have technical support on hand throughout, so this isn't gatekept to experienced engineers. Artists, designers, students, and complete beginners show up alongside people who ship products. You'll have two in-person anchors (kickoff and final demo day), a fully equipped lab to access during the week, and a decent chance of winning a 3D printer if your build lands. The event caps at 30 people, so if you've ever wanted to stop thinking about building something and actually build it, register early.
