# Digital Village Lean Coffee Meetup

Digital Village brings together digital practitioners including developers, designers, product managers, and executives to discuss technology topics in a structured format. Attendees propose discussion topics on sticky notes, vote on which ones to explore, and then discuss selected topics in five-minute timed segments with the option to extend by majority vote. The group uses a Kanban board to track topic progress through Not Started, Doing, and Done columns until all topics are discussed or the meeting ends.
