You'll spend four hours working directly with Leran and Stefi, two designers with a combined 20 years shaping products across government, fintech, and agriculture. Rather than sit through frameworks, you'll bring your actual product and the specific decisions that are stuck, whether that's feature prioritisation, customer feedback that contradicts itself, or struggling to articulate what you've built. They'll walk you through practical tools to cut through the noise, help you spot what's worth building versus what's noise, and leave with a clearer direction. This is designed for people already building within the Arrayah community who feel lost on the strategy side of things. Come with your product, your questions, and a laptop.
