Build with AI x IWD: Postcards from the Cloud 📬

Participants will build a nostalgic AI agent that fetches live weather data, generates poetic summaries, creates postcard images using Gemini's Imagen tool, and delivers outputs via email. The workshop teaches how to design and deploy composable AI systems using MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Gemini ADK, with hands-on experience building custom MCP servers, connecting to tools like Google Maps, and deploying the agent on Cloud Run. Attendees will learn progressively, starting with a core agent and optionally adding advanced features like image generation and email delivery to create a reusable backend service.
